What a great place for happy hour! We've been about 4-5 times now. Worth getting here between 5-530pm to get bar seating. Happy hour is very reasonable between 5p-8p.

What a great spot for a drink! Bartenders were welcoming, helpful, and made great drinks. Atmosphere was super cool as well. Highly recommend. We only came here for drinks and did not eat, but I'm sure the food would have been great as well.

George was the most hospitable host! The staff here was so kind, attentive, and consistent. They are what makes parliament, parliament. I’d recommend this place to all I know. Great space, even better staff. Wonderful service.

Such a great experience on a Tuesday night. Our bartender (Jared) made fabulous drinks with such fun holiday cheer and presentation.He went above and beyond — even offering to make me a mocktail (not offered on menu) when I didn’t want to drink more, and made THAT even more fun with the coolest mug/ scenery (pictured). What a great night & great spot. Good atmosphere, good drinks, even better staff.

This place is an absolute 100/10. It is truly a Dallas hidden staple that everyone needs to experience. From the moment you walk through the doors, the atmosphere is perfect. The drinks are absolutely immaculate and crafted with so much care. They are easily some of the best cocktails in the city. Beyond the menu, the staff members are incredibly kind and truly feel like they were sent from heaven. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time and feel welcome. I love everything about this spot. If you are looking for a top tier experience in Dallas with amazing vibes and even better service, this is it. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I wish I had more stars to give to Parliament. Mitch and Chris took phenomenal care of us. The most amazing cocktails I’ve had in my entire life. Perfect music perfect drinks perfect atmosphere. 12/10 experience thank you Parliament! If you’re visiting Dallas BIG ENCOURAGEMENT to check out Parliament you won’t be disappointed

Great cocktails and amazing environment. Had the Frida Kahlo specialty cocktail which was phenomenal. My girlfriend had a cocktail recommended by Mitch our bartender which she loved. Great ambiance inside and a cozy little patio area. Very friendly staff, especially the manager Shawna who made us feel so welcomed and excited to return. If you are looking for equally great cocktails, service and ambiance THIS is the place to go

​Parliament is unmatched, and the ambience was exactly the vibe we needed. The service was truly outstanding, all thanks to Shawna. She runs an incredible operation and personally made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. She suggested the absolute best drinks for us and even delivered them to our table herself—that is next-level hospitality. A special shout-out to Martin, our bartender, and the rest of the sharp staff. The cocktails here are extraordinary. If you want masterful mixology and impeccable service, this is the spot!

Atmosphere: 9/10 Located in Dallas' Uptown neighborhood, Parliament is a pre-Prohibition-style cocktail lounge with an old-school soul. Dark, dim, and warm — wood-heavy interiors, ambient lighting, and a backbar that impresses. Good mix of bar seats, tables, and a patio. Music at a pleasant volume. Crowd skews middle-aged and older, which fits the classic vibe perfectly. Drinks: 8.5/10 Recommendation: Parliament Old Fashioned Well-curated menu — high quality, artsy, with a wide selection leaning into prohibition-era classics and modern craft. The Old Fashioned is the standout, and the overall flavor balance is very good throughout. Coasters on the table. Glassware and garnish are average. Presentation is solid. Service: 8/10 Water served on arrival. Friendly and attentive team, though professionalism reads more casual than polished. Prices are average for Dallas. No reservation needed.
